A poem for Chatterbox
A Poem to Chatterbox
I came to chatterbox a few years ago. This place was great and much love did they show.I was a new christian and very on fire. When speaking of God I never would tire.
But I turned my head and satan had his way.Soon I was empty and wanted to die,I'd lay in bed and start to cry.I wanted to get back, but where do I start? Then God came in and spoke to my heart. He told me to go back to where I was before,so I came and knocked on chatterbox door.
And there was the love, just like before. This room is a branch of God's awesome tree, hey look at that stem,oh wow that's me.
So thanks to CC,bruno, and all of the gang. The fire is back, and I look for that BANG!
To all who come to this powerful place, close your eyes and feel God's space. The people are caring and love their God.Help you they will, and don't have to prod. This place is a tool God uses at will. And with much love your heart he'll fill.
Thanks so much for caring.
Love you guys

Very touching, Torchguy. God has blessed Chatterbox, not only with bruno and his leadership and the love and heart of those who keep things rolling, but with sweet guests who turn to "family" in an instant, thanks to the Holy Spirit and unity within the human race.
Many would have us believe that mercy and love are near extinct nowadays, but we know otherwise. We see the evidence of that every day, don't we!
God is here. God is good. God just IS!
Blessings, brothers and sisters.

Hi Torchguy and welcome!
I love your poem! I’m so happy to read that you are not empty any more and that you don’t “want” to die.
Reading your poem strengthens my faith, thank you for sharing it with us.
God bless,
